About Me

My Photo
Kim Casebeer
As part of a fourth generation farm family, Kim Casebeer has been connected to the Kansas landscape for a long time.  These days Kim also feels at home painting in Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Wyoming, California and Texas.  “I think the simplicity of the Kansas landscape has helped me find the essence of other places.  I’m able to focus on what’s important in a composition.”

Kim received her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Kansas State University in 1992, and in 2002 was able to transition from graphic design to full-time artist.

Kim is a Master Signature Member of the American Women Artists, and a Signature Member of the Oil Painters of America and Pastel Society of America.  She has been featured in American Artist, SouthwestArt, American Art Collector, Western Art Collector, Pastel Journal, and Art of the West.  Kim has participated in The Russell at the C.M. Russell Museum in Great Falls, Montana; Western Visions at the National Wildlife Museum in Jackson, Wyoming; and Small Works, Great Wonders at the National Cowboy Museum in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Kim is represented by American Legacy Gallery, Kansas City, MO; Galleries West, Jackson, WY; Hueys Fine Art, Santa Fe, NM; K. Newby Gallery, Tubac, AZ; Legacy Gallery, Scottsdale, AZ; and Strecker-Nelson Gallery, Manhattan, KS.  Visit www.kimcasebeer.com for more information.
